Whether you’re looking to strengthen your core with Mat Pilates, sculpt and tone with Barre Sculpt, or energize your body with our dynamic Sculpt (Yoga Sculpt) classes, we have the perfect class for you. On-Demand Studio

Our online studio is ready! Click the link to find our on-demand library and workout from anywhere. Find videos ranging from 5 to 45 min. All fitness level videos for you to find what you need.

Personal & Duo Classes

Go Beyond

Private  Personal classes are offered in Person & virtually. Each personal training class is designed to meet your individual needs. All classes can be done with just your mat and your body! If props are included they will be provided in your session.

Reformer + Private Session

Core & Full Body Strength

Our 50-minute Reformer + Private Session is a personalized experience designed to meet your unique fitness goals. This session is tailored just for you, focusing on building a strong Pilates foundation with core alignment, controlled movement, and essential techniques. Each session includes progress tracking, so you can celebrate your growth and changes over time. Perfect for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced, this class will prepare you for success in Reformer Sculpt and other advanced Pilates exercises. In addition to the Reformer or Cadillac, we may incorporate props such as a small ball, magic circle, and weights to enhance your workout. Bring your water and get ready to transform!

Need to Know For Private Classes

Personal Classes

1:1 Private classes are offered virtually or in person. Classes are tailored to your fitness needs and last between 50 min. In each class you will use equipment that will assist in your workout experience. You will receive proper alignment and progress tracking.
